  •  An exciting opportunity has become available at British Offsite. We are currently recruiting a Project Manager who will oversee the efficient management and execution of client installations, ensuring that contractual agreements and build programs are adhered to . You will be involved in maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, maximize business efficiency, and uphold high customer satisfaction.
     
    The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
    • Daily monitoring of the installation plan, coordinating effectively with stakeholders to ensure adherence across the business.
    • Effectively supply manufacturing and logistical requirements in a timely manner to stakeholders.
    • Organise and plan any Customer Care remedial works in collaboration with Site Management.
    • Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to identify and resolve any risks to the build.
    • Develop and maintain Construction Programs, Project Delivery Trackers and records to ensure alignment with clients’ schedules.
    • Communicate effectively clients and stakeholders by facilitating meetings and/or calls with discussions on Project progress.
    • Attend client construction sites to collaborate site team and inspect installed goods.
    • Proactively engage with site management to address and resolve any on-site concerns or issues that may impact adherence to the plan.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to relay client and stakeholder requirements and/or updates accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Effectively plan and manage ad-hoc client requirements.
    • Interpret the Site Managers call off schedule, create a BOS call of schedule, and ensure effective delivery to meet the
    • Customers expectations and deadlines.
